Our Story
Founded in 1994 by Dan Peele, CFAC began as a commercial real estate appraisal firm working primarily for commercial banks.
In 2010, CFAC addded Insurance Appraisals for various Insurance Brokerage firms such as Sihle, Westgate-Jones & Robert Mitchell Insurance of St Petersburg.
CFAC also works for many Community Management firms including Sentry, Vista, Empire, DWD & many others.
